The services I offer include short-term and long-term individual psychotherapy and family therapy.
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, I will provide a detailed receipt for insurance reimbursement purposes. If you are unsure about your OON benefits, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to help you gather more information.

You may be wondering what to expect when it comes to meeting virtually. Perhaps you’ve been in therapy in-person before or it’s your first time seeking treatment and you’re wondering if it’s the right format for you. So, how will it work?
We’ll meet face-to-face using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to protect your confidentiality and privacy. You’ll be able to arrange to have therapy sessions in whichever home, office, or other space allows you to feel most comfortable, so you can show up as your authentic self. I also invite you to remove as many potential distractions from your space as possible before the session, so that we can focus fully on what’s bringing you in.
I have found telehealth to be an indispensable means of providing quality care that is uniquely flexible to meet the scheduling or logistical needs of the client. Whether you have a limited window at lunch time or often work later hours, we’ll find a time that accessible for you.
